WHAT IF I HAVE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY TRIPS/TOURS?

We definitely understand that situation(s) may arise which may lead to you wanting to cancel or make changes to your vacation.

  • A cancellation fee will not be attracted for any cancellation that is made at least 3 calendar days in advance of the scheduled tour departure time.
  • There shall be no penalty fee for rescheduling a trip/tour for a time-frame within 2 calendar days of the originally scheduled trip.
  • All cancellations must be made at least 3 calendar days in advance of the scheduled tour departure time to be eligible for a refund.
