10/10 would recommend Kapizzle tours for all of your private transfer and excursion needs in Jamaica. Kash and Jason were extremely friendly, down to earth, and genuine individuals. They went above and beyond to help show us the true beauty of Jamaica!! They took us places that we didn’t specifically planned to go and made the experience so special. As if the day wasn’t already perfect as it was with the fun excursions of blue hole, Dunn’s river falls, and scotchys, they helped my fiancé pull off a surprise proposal!! This would not have been possible without their assistance and they also helped to ensure that day was absolutely perfect. Dre photography assisted with capturing the whole moment on camera and drone!! Kash worked the whole night prior, goes to school full time, and STILL came the whole day to ensure this day went as smoothly as possible. This day was absolutely unforgettable in my life and I was glad that Kapizzle tours was able to help my fiancé create a memorable proposal!! ❤️

My husband and I wanted to tour Johnny Cash’s house while on our vacation. Kashwayne tesponded very fast after contacting him about a taxi service to and from the tour. Wayne our driver was very personable and was a very lovely man! We would highly recommend Kapizzle Tours to anyone! We also were able to make a last minute stop for cigars! We travelled to Jamaica as a family of 6. 4 adults, 2 children, aged 14 and 10.
The service was fantastic, and also flexible, which was perfect for us. They had great knowledge about the area and recommendations of the best places to visit.
Our collections were efficient, and the communication was very clear at all times.

I was introduced to Kapizzle Tours as a recommendation given to me through the Facebook group for travelling to Jamaica. Best recommendation I could have gotten! Kash was very responsive before the trip, giving me a lot of confidence in his services.
Upon arrival, he promptly met my group and I right outside the arrival area at the airport. He greeted us with a warm Jamaican welcome which included very strong, very delicious refreshments.
Along the way to our resort, Kash pointed out a bunch of interesting facts about Jamaica. Our hour ride to the resort felt extremely short because of how fun it was.
With no hesitation, we asked Kash for his services again for a private shuttle to the Green Grotto Caves and Blue Hole.
We were picked up nice and early so we could get a head start on our day. We had a terrific time together at the Green Grotto Caves (photo attached). And an even more memorable experience with the Blue Hole. Kash came prepared with water shoes for us, and took us to get other shoes when our feet were just a bit too small or too big for the standard size.
Kash also made sure he called ahead to get the best tour guide while we were there to ensure we had a great time. We were not disappointed!
In between excursions we made some pit stops to try some local foods! Kash grabbed us some pudding, flitters, jackfruit and also brought us to Scotchies for authentic jerk pork and chicken, festival, roasted yam and bammy.
I can't forget to mention that our group had one final hurrah with Kash before our flight out. We all ate together at a local restaurant called Peppa's near the airport.
My group and I had an incredible first trip to Jamaica and Kapizzle Tours was definitely a part of what made it so wonderful. We'll definitely be coming back and using his services again.

Amazing Driver/Tour Guide
Kapizzle Tours is the best. We enjoyed being in great company from the hotel pick up til the end of day. We were greeted with a smile and had well stocked refreshments for the car ride. I only wish I could've tried the Rum Punch but I was pregnant. He was prompt, communicated with fast responses, knowledgeable about the towns we visited and wanted to visit. There was never a dull moment. My boyfriend, Chris, and him immediately hit it all. They talked the entire ride. His driving from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios to visit the Blue Hole and Bob Marley House was very smooth and safe. I highly recommend him for your driving experience. We can't wait to return and use him again.

From start to finish, we had an fantastic experience. We were picked up promptly from our hotel in Negril to go to Sumfest in Montego Bay. He had all the music videos lined up for us and as I had issues with my phone, he borrowed me a spare so we could contact him when we wanted to leave and return to the hotel.
We were picked up within minutes of calling him to return home.
Such a lovely guy and very professional.
The car has A/C and very comfy and modern. I would highly recommend these to everyone - Thank you so much

OMG! Best vacation ever even with all our mishaps. It's hard to make sure everything goes right when you have 15 different opinions. Thank God for Kashwayne and Kippizle Tours!!! His knowledge, patience and kindness made what could have been the worse trip ever into the BEST trip ever. He did it all with a smile and a "no problem". If it was a problem, we never knew it. I am very glad that I made to decision to use Kapizzle Tours for my family’s Jamaica experience. I had the privilege of using Kashwayne’s services last year when I traveled to Jamrock with a friend. This year I returned with 14 of my family members. The ages ranged from 65 to 4. Kashwayne was amazing. He was very patient, attentive, professional, understanding and personable. Even with our large party he did all he could to ensure that everyone enjoyed their time on the island and was comfortable. I will continue to use Kapizzle Tours every time I visit Jamaica. He’s fair and honest. It felt like he was part of our family and he took care of us in that way.

Kashwayne was available on short notice to take 2 of our party to the airport and continue my wife and I into a great experience at the Rose Hall Cinnamon Hill home where Johnny and June Carter Cash spent their winter months. He then took us on to dinner and back to the home we had rented for the evening. He came back again early the next morning to transfer us to the airport.
His knowledge and experience with tours, shopping, and dining is excellent and he is friendly to answer questions about local history and culture. Clean and safe transportation in the midst of very busy MoBay roadways.

We were greeted promptly after exiting the airport with a sign acknowledging our arrival. Cold drinks and music were waiting in a comfortably cool van. Kapizzle Tours is very professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable of the area! Our excursions were scheduled ahead of time for us and we were even notified by Kapizzle of shuttle arrival times for our outings! The best part of all was having a beautiful birthday cake delivered to our resort for a celebration of my daughters 25th!!! We will be using Kapizzle every year for trips in Jamaica! THANK YOU!

I visited Montego Bay Jamaica for my 40th birthday. I booked a private tour with this company for myself and 3 of my friends. The service that was offered was excellent. We were picked up promptly at the time discussed greeted by our Driver and escorted through the beautiful island of Jamaica. Our driver as polite kind and courteous he was also very knowledgeable and shared with us awesome information, facts & history about Jamaica. We felt safe while in his care. He drove us through the scenic countryside so that we were able to see the beautiful views of Jamaica. He took us to our destination and masure we were safe. He patiently waited for us. Myself and 3 friends booked a day trip from Montego Bay to St Ann/Ocho Rios for some excursions. Our driver, Kashwayne was timely, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable about the areas we traveled to. Kapizzle Tours is legit! The only call I need to make for safe,prompt transportation and travel advice. The owner/operator KW is a true gentleman as well an honest businessman. One call at the last minute in an emergency that put me in Mobay alone without a ride or a contact was all it took to establish, for me , what will be an ongoing friendship and business relationship! My family and I traveled to Jamaica a week ago and Kapizzle Tours was nothing short of amazing and accommodating. From the moment they picked our party of 5 up with all of our luggage, we knew we were in good hands! They reassured us that whatever we needed and wherever we wanted to go, they would be there. So our entire trip, we kept in contact. We even got to visit Negril which is over an hour or so away from the hotel. We went to Jam West to do some excursions and Kash even rode the ATVs with us! He answered any questions we had about the country on our drives with no hesitation. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon. I don't think my trip could have been as relaxing as it was without Kapizzle Tours. Anytime I needed to go somewhere, it was always their pleasure to accommodate. Kapizzle tours is the best. I honestly don’t know what me and my friend would have done without them. Me and my friend are two single ladies and we felt so safe and completely taken care of on each tour. We did the bioluminescent bay, ocho Rios. Dunn’s falls, and the blue hole. Each driver truly wants you to be happy, experience authentic Jamaica, to feel taken care of/safe, and most importantly to enjoy yourself. The drivers let you take as much time as you need on your tour—they wait patiently for you as you go about and have fun—will even take some pics for you if you ask! They know exactly where to go what to do and a great drivers. I can’t reccommend enough, Kashwayne is SO flexible and patient and will work with you in whatever adventure you want to do. My husband and I, along with another friend couple of our used Kash's services for whole 4 days. He took us around Montego Bay, to Negril, and Ocho Rios. From the get-go we felt safe Kash. Yesterday cashwayne took us to Bob Marley’s home and for lunch at scotchies them to some shops so we could get some bits in Ocho Rios! I booked with him before I came to Jamaica sending him a small deposit to seal the booking, he messaged me a few days before to make sure we’d arrived and were still on for the tour, then 10 mins before he was due to pick us up he let me know he was waiting out the front when we were ready! He such a lovely man who pointed out some interesting things on the drive in to the hills, he also provided us with red stripe! Nice touch! I would 100% recommend using kapizzle tours! Davia and her team were absolutely amazing!! We were only in Jamaica for a short time and they made us feel right at home. We didn’t have time to do a tour but Davia got our taxi set up weeks in advance to pick us up from the airport and take us to our resort. It was so nice not having to worry about who you are getting in the car with, she had everything set up and we had Kashwayne as our driver. He took us shopping to the shops and made sure we were well taken care of. Davia came out of her way to the resort to make sure she got to meet us and she couldn’t have been more friendly! Our tour day at Ocho Rios was full of life, adventures and laughter as we stopped at multiple local and tourist spots. We started at RIU Reggae and was picked up promptly, our first stop was Columbus park where locals led the tour and local shops provided us with an opportunity to buy water shoes and wraps. Next, via our expert tour guide and driver we went to Dunn River falls and climbed our way to the top. The Blue Hole was recommended as our last stop. I loved that there we had the opportunity to jump off a rope into a waterfall and had the chance to swim in a serene place. Customer service was very welcoming and prices were very reasonable!

Very professional and personable. Took my friend and myself to all the must see spots in Jamaica and gave great suggestions. From the local food spots to Dunn rivers, the blue hole, and 7miles beach, there was never a dull moment with him as our guide.
